"Got 5 rooms and they were not clean. Stains on blankets .Floor not swept ,Walls dirty. It was horrible!!"

"Everything was very nice. I would recommend adding a chair to the room we stayed in. The only place to sit was the desk chair or the bed and the bed was very high to, for example, put on socks and shoes. Truly everything was really great. The staff were so kind."

"People, let me tell you that this is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Kozy Kottage is exactly what it is. - cozy and comfortable. Every detail is perfect from the themed decor to the TVs to the bedding to the back yard to the kitchen appliances/amenities…the list goes on and on. We had a cookout in the backyard followed by an evening by the fire pit listening to music playing darts and roasting marsh mellows for the kids. And the location is great - about a mile from historic downtown Denison. Lastly, Tina is so friendly and welcoming, though I’ve only texted and emailed with her, which is what you want because nobody wants an ever present “host”. This was our second time at Kozy Kottage and we’ll be back. "

"Our stay was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast for the first time was not so great. Hash browns were not fully cooked and the round sausage that they are using now wasn't very good. The eggs weren't warm either. We stayed there the previous weekend and the food was much better. Not sure what happened this time. Maybe a different cook. Otherwise the stay was good. "
