"Check in was smooth and super easy. Staff that we interacted with during our stay were all very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. We ordered the New England breakfast one morning for room service and i have to say it was delicious. Plenty of food for the two of us to share and came with coffee and OJ. "

"We had another great stay at Hotel Providence — our go-to hotel in the city. Everything about it is perfect! We love the location (minutes to walk to the PPAC), the decor (so cool!), and all the friendly staff. Special shout-out to the smiling faces at the front desk; Racquel, Sebastian, and Elizabeth. "Communication was top notch! Michael was very responsive, great directions and had a nice booklet of places to visit. His place was SO clean!!! Just the right spot to be close to downtown to get to our activities but be far enough away to enjoy the quiet neighborhood. We walked around the block to grab a bite to eat. We had plenty of space in the living room and the 2 bedrooms were great with comfy mattresses. Recommend this spot and would definitely stay here again."
