"The Belton Chalet is a beautiful, old hotel. It has lots of character. There are many great sitting areas. Landscaping is great. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are pretty small and do not have TV's. Since it is an old building the rooms have character, but the floors and squeaky and the walls fairly thin. This makes them sort of noisy in the mornings as neighbors leave early for nearby Glacier. The train also rumbles through regularly pretty close by. The Chalet is a 5 minute drive to West Glacier and the park entrance. There aren't too many breakfast spots close by. Good coffee and pastries are provided each morning."

"Perfect home base for our journey to West Glacier. 1 mile from amtrak station made it convenient for our transportation needs. Close to all the fun of West Glacier, easy bike ride to Apgar village and beyond. Cabin was clean, well organized, kitchen had everything we needed. And the front porch was a perfect hangout at the end of the day. Highly recommend!!"

Great Location

"Nice home, centrally located to enjoy the area. It was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The only negative comment we would make was the fireplace was not operational. It was apparently turned off for the summer season; but we were promised that a maintenance person would come by to turn it on which never occurred. Not a big deal, but would have been nice for added atmosphere. The area was serenely quiet and the golf course nice. Our questions etc. were answered quickly by the property manager. . All and all very nice stay and would recommend. "

"This property was the perfect location for our family to use as a home base for Glacier National Park. The only only con for us is that the bedroom with 2 single beds in it is actually a sun room turned into bedroom. Char was the perfect host! Communication was top notch! I would 100% stay here again! said, I would 100% stay here again, again, and again. "
