"The property was “okay” The staff was kind. There is a safety issue. The elevator on the third floor has a small incline going to into the elevator. There is no indication that there is a change in flooring. My almost 70 year old mother fell, while holding my almost 10 month old son in her arms. She fell back and hit the wall. This happened while I was bringing up our bags and thank God another woman heard and helped them. I reported the issue but no signs were put up or caution cones to indicate a change in flooring. It’s dangerous. We were also in an ADA room so seems even more dangerous. The staff was kind and said they’d report it and notify their maintenance but I was disappointed in the lack of immediate action to indicate the flooring issue to try to prevent this from happening to anyone else. The hot tub was like bath water. I wouldn’t really consider it a “a tub”. Lighting in the rooms was poor."

"Considering how poorly every thing I dealt with was cleanliness wise, I skipped risking eating breakfast at the hotel. This is my big issue: i was met with an unannounced $250 deposit against smoking damage in my smoke free room. The room smelt like a cigar bar. Demanded a different room. That room smelt like a wet dog. Quality Inn's idea of handicap accessible is hand rail in the tub, when my issue is raising my leg high enough to get in and out of the shower. The desk clerk tried to help but I demanded a written letter from her so they didn't try to blame me for the smell in those two rooms. At least her hand writing was better than her broken English."

"We booked this location three months ago and traveled five hours to be informed there were no rooms available. The Staff person explained it was an overbooked situation as some guests wanted to extend their stay. There was no communication from this IHG property - none!! We ended driving to Findlay to find availability at 1:00AM. I will never book with ANY iHG property EVER again."

"I had a bad experience. I made my reservation and paid through Expedia because it said they had rooms available. I arrived with my family and to my surprise, they told me there were no rooms available, and they didn't offer a solution or refund my money."
