"Great value! Clean spacious rooms. Great complimentary breakfast bar with fresh hot food. Coffee is never empty at the front desk. Staff are friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Free parking in safe neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Can't say enough good things about this hotel."

"Room was very nice but I was surprised that in 2026 there was not even 1 USB port in the room for charging, I thought by now every hotel would have some in their rooms, we brought our own usb ports but had to go purchase an extra plug. I liked the location, could walk to many shops and eateries so that was a plus! Wellsboro is a nice little town, would definitely come back but might try the Penn Wells Hotel next time so that we would have eating and bar in same building as we are staying."

"I was visiting my dad and needed to stay at a house that would accommodate my two dogs. This house fit the bill perfectly. It was clean and comfortable and my dogs loved exploring the path between the house and the creek. The traffic on the highway was more than I thought it would be, but I was very careful with my dogs while out walking, so it was fine."
Waterfront Cabin Walkable to Everything!

"Property was as stated. Jason was very quick in responding to questions. Loved sitting on the deck watching the hummingbirds. Was able to ride the trail right from the house and walked next door to the restaurant and the general store. Beds were comfortable. Would stay there again. Great location."

"We had a wonderful time here. Pine creek valley is beautiful. The creek access was great and the yard was big for playing games and just relaxing."
