House 67 makes its debut - this large home has a hot and cold water outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and generously sleeps 11 guests. Ideal location to visit Santa Cruz County and Monterey County. Pajaro Dunes Resort is a private gated community located on miles of sandy beach.

Beauty in Row 2 at Pajaro Dunes - Views and gorgeous sight lines from every elevation of this fascinating Gary Garmann designed home. Premier trifecta location with spectacular ocean views, baby steps to the coveted beach access AND the ease to unload your car and walk directly up to the front door. Serene, private and well-equipped 2300+ square feet of vacation views and relaxing comfort in this four bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a beautiful flow to maximize space for several families and generations to share.

Gorgeous natural light floods the entire upper floor. Vaulted ceilings throughout the upstairs and in the downstairs master bedroom. Plenty of room to spread out for some downtime in the well proportioned bedrooms, nap, read or daydream on the chaise lounges in the irresistible sun room. Rejuvenate or catch up on some work in the serenity of the semi-private ocean view retreat space above the master bedroom.

Gather in the living room with views from Santa Cruz to Moss Landing to Monterey. Plenty of room to enjoy game night, build a puzzle with the little ones, grab a book from the floor to ceiling bookcase, enjoy the fireplace, or catch up on your binge watching on the 60 inch TV.

Dining table smoothly extends to 96 inches with two butterfly leaves. Seating at the table for10 with the extension, plus two counter height bar stools and two café height chairs at the table console. Outdoor patio dining set with umbrella and swivel chairs seats six. Propane BBQ with propane provided.

Several outdoor spaces at H67, including an outdoor tiled upper patio deck with gorgeous agriculture views of the strawberry and artichoke fields and the abundant bird life in the Slough and a look toward Santa Cruz.

All of the bedrooms are on the lower level of the house. Luxurious quality new beds and bedding throughout each of the four bedrooms with 500 thread count sheets, duvets and plenty of extra layers for comfort and warmth.

Bedroom 1 sleeps two: CA king in primary bedroom with a door directly out to the lower patio. This suite can be accessed from the downstairs hallway and also from a staircase on the top floor. A separate private master retreat space with an ocean view is located on the upstairs level directly above the master bedroom.

Bedroom 2 sleeps two: Queen bed with a view of the dune grass and the slough.

Bedroom 3 sleeps two: CA King bed with a view of the agriculture fields.

Bedroom 4 sleeps five: Double bunk bed on the bottom with a single on top and a single trundle. Features a love seat with a single sleeper.This large room features a large TV. There are two exterior doors in this room, each leading to a separate outdoor space.

All four bedrooms and two full baths are on the lower floor. A shower bathroom is at the entry level. H67 has several different levels and a number of stairwells. There are staircases inside at each end of the house allowing for an easy flow when you host a full house. We are not responsible for any items left behind.

Visit local favorites to pick berries, ride the roller coaster, explore the Natural Bridges tide pools, tour the aquarium, kayak on the slough, paddle board in the Harbor, learn to surf and skim board, ride horses on the beach. Walk for miles and miles on the sandy beach. Golfers paradise from local public ocean view courses to the world famous Pebble Beach. Ideal location to see Santa Cruz, Moss Landing, Monterey, Carmel and Big Sur.

Purchase fresh local produce from road side stands and fish right out off the boat in the harbor. Wine taste and enjoy the Santa Cruz County wineries and the sample the local breweries and restaurants.

Pajaro Dunes has a zero tolerance, no pet policy. No pets extends to any visiting guests and is strictly enforced. We love our dogs too and we know it is hard to leave them behind. Please understand it is an HOA rule.

Beautiful and peaceful

Lovely location and very comfortable stay. Enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, morning & evening walks along the beach. Property was very clean and welcoming, and all the beds were comfy.

Excellent venue for our family celebration

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house is designed well to accommodate a good-sized family and was very comfortable. The amenities that were provided met all of our needs and then some. Beach access was just a short walk away.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

This house was perfect for our family of eleven. All the furniture was very comfy for hanging out. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We also enjoyed the gas bbq a couple times during the week. The views were breathtaking. It was a short walk to the beach which was so nice when the kids got tired it was easy to come back to the house for snacks and a rest then head back to the beach. The beds were so comfy and with the sounds of the ocean made for a great nights sleep. Very clean. The whole family is looking forward to coming back.

Perhaps I shouldn't be so enthusiastic about this house because I want to keep it available for future bookings for us!!! We (6 adults and one 2.5 yr old) just loved it. Well-appointed, comfortable, beach access, roomy. It is just what you want a beach house to be.

Weekend getaway

Our group of friends is committed to this weekend every year at Pajaro. We’ve used dozens of houses and this one is the best. Owners are thoughtful and friendly. Every detail of the house shows their love and considerations. It’s such a breath of fresh air to interact with people who care to be human and not just in it for the money. We will definitely be booking again.

Love this place

This is our second year in a row staying at this beautiful house. The location is amazing right on the beach but also plenty to see and do in nearby towns. House is clean and well stocked with everything we need from the pack and play to plenty of beach toys and towels. Check out is easy and communication with the host was great. Would definitely stay again.

Better than the Pictures - Great House on the Beach!

This property is a true gem. It is obvious that the owners have taken great care to have the place well stocked with things visitors may need including kitchen essentials and PLENTY of towels for trips to the beach. The beach is very easily accessible. Great communication with the owner throughout our experience. Highly recommend this spot.

Fantastic place to stay

This house is lovely, with a wonderful design, great views, and all the comforts one could need. The kitchen is very well-equipped, both with dishes and cookware and with spices. Even if it is gray or rainy, this is a great place to hang out, with lots of comfortable chairs for reading and relaxing. If you’ve never been to Pajaro you should know that the beach goes on for miles, so boundless opportunities for walking and watching birds. We even saw an otter. Highly recommend.

Life’s a beach!

Our family stayed for several days while we explored Hearst Castle and Pebble Beach. After spending too much time in the car (traffic) traveling to those places it was so nice to come back to the house! The house was perfect for family dinners and spreading out to decompress! But the best part of our trip was exploring the beach and watching the waves crashing! We all enjoyed morning and night walks along the shore! Thank you Denise!

Fantastic Beach House

The owner is responsive and thoughtful, making it a seamless experience from reservation to checkout. From kitchenware to everything you need to have fun at the beach, it is one of the most well-equipped vacation houses we've stayed in. The inground trash bin is fairly small so check if it's full during check-in.

Family Time

My husband and I and my daughters and their husbands and five grandchildren had a magnificent vacation at this property. Very well appointed and lots of household stuff. Kids had a blast, and the adults enjoyed the beauty and serenity of the place. Volleyball, basketball, beach time, together time!

Perfect family beach house!

We booked this house with my sister and her family to celebrate my Dad’s 70th. We had 10 guests including kids and everyone was very comfortable. The beds, linens and pillows were all very cozy. The house was stocked with everything you could imagine and access to the beach was so quick. We loved all the beach and sunset views from the kitchen, living and seating areas. Host was super responsive. Highly recommended this house if you’re looking for a cozy and comfortable family getaway!

Wonderful visit!

The house was beautiful as was our stay. Short drive to Monterey. The house was so clean and well kept. We took advantage of the fire pit on the beach at night. Watched whales and a school of dolphins in the morning. It was such a comfortable house and Denise was so responsive to our questions. We were celebrating two birthdays and the family had a great time! Hoping we get to return in the future.

Great weekend away

We had a great weekend away! We had 3 couples and one of our teens for two nights at this awesome property. There was plenty of space for everyone in this very nice, very clean modern space around a very cool '70s style kitchen! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook for the entire weekend. The living room was comfortable and spacious, the fireplace was great, the bedrooms were very comfortable, and the owner was very nice and proactive and responsive. Couldn't ask for better :-)

Beautiful property, great memories

We booked this trip to spend time with my step father who was given 6 months to live - terminal cancer. We wanted to go somewhere not to far for the whole family before he got too sick to travel. We spent our time enjoying walks on the beach and took advantage of the fire pit on the beach. We even got to see the bioluminescence in the water at night which was a great treat! We grew up going to PD a couple of times a year with my family, so we explored old spots and got one last trip with everyone together.
