"The main lobby area was beautiful. Nice stroll to the wharf and aquarium area. Our room keys got deactivated after one night and we had to trek all the way to the front lobby to get them rekeyed as the rooms are pretty far. No apologies or reason was given, that was a bit of a negative interaction with the staff. We enjoyed that there was a Carmel bakery right on site."

"Walking distance from Boardwalk was very convenient. The room and bed were huge, it had all the amenities necessary. The bad thing (for me as a short person)๐ too many stairs. At night not enough parking spaces.๐ Also the vending machines need to get fixed or have more options. Overall I would recommend ๐The cleaning ladies were very nice.๐"

"I loved this hotel, it was close to the boardwalk and the wharf, prime location. The staff were great and very friendly, and the actual look of the hotel was beautiful, so many stunning details to this hotel. The only downside was that we only stayed one night. I will definitely be back to enjoy the hotel for longer next time."
