"Purchased our room on Expedia (301.00), arrived to the resort and was told there was a 100.00 deposit. Tried 3 cards and was told they were declined. Assistant Manager come out and stated she didn't know what was going on with the system so she called the manager out. Manager comes out clicks so keys and my Navy Federal Card is finally excepted. The next morning we check out to move to our next location (kids on spring break) and I have been charged 603.00 additional. Go to the desk requesting an explanation. Of course the manager is out for the day and no one knows how our why these charges have been charged. I asknfor the print out of receipt, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THE ROOM TWICE (the room I booked through Expedia and paid for). After about an hour and 10 minutes, the manager calls on the phone and says she doesnt know how this happened and she will refund 460.00. I am livid, spoke with 4 different people, had security called on me,absolutely ridiculous. Sad part is the place is beautiful and my kids had an amazing time from swimming to the arcade. The lack of concern, no sense of urgency, and poor customer service is diabolical. We traveled from Texas to Mississippi to enjoy the cost and in 1 night we were down 1000.00. If you go here definitely have extra funds because what they say they are charging is completely different then what you are charged. I received 460.00 and 100.00 back to my account. The fact i was charged twice for a room I had purchased is insane."
