"At the beginning we had problem with the airport picked up. But the day we checked out, Anna the receptionist was very sweet and gave us a souvenir. It was a pleasant short stay"

"Location-wise probably as good as it gets - steps to Bell Tower and Kaiyuan Dept Store and other main tourist attractions like the Muslim Quarter close by. But hard to believe it’s classified as a 5-star hotel. No service staff AT ALL to help when we alighted along the curb on the first floor l, dinghy foyer. Lobby is on Level 2 but dim and poorly lit, even worse when we checked out in the morning as we had an early morning flight. Rooms smelt musty and worse, we found airport boarding passes in the bedside drawers dating back to 12 August!!?? Do they even check and clean properly? Would only recommend this for those on a short stay who want to be close to the main attractions. Otherwise there are definitely much better 5 star hotels in Xi-an."

"Great location with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and they resolved any issues quickly. The hotel also offers a good variety of quality food options. The facilities are clean, and our room had a wonderful view of the city. There are a few areas that could be improved. The property is somewhat dated, so more frequent inspections and proactive maintenance would help identify and resolve issues before guests encounter them. Also, the hotel pool is open to non-hotel guests for swimming lessons, which can make the pool somewhat crowded at times. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the convenient location, attentive staff, and quality amenities."
