The use of an e-butler through WeChat was very efficient. We got our request for extra clothes hangers answered very quickly and the hangers were in the wardrobe after our return from dinner. Excellent location, within walkable distance to the Muslim Quarters and close to the Bell Tower subway station. Lots of things to shop and see around the hotel area. Would highly recommend this area. Very helpful staff by the WeChat name of 微[风]..雨 who helped to wheel my luggage to the waiting van out in the cold to see us to the van which sent us to the airport.

The accommodation is very good. It is a good place to eat because there is a high-end restaurant next door, and it is the best accommodation for travel because of its close proximity to tourist attractions and attractions. I recommend it for individual trips to Xi'an.

Perfect location, friendly staff

Location was fantastic with the subway exit H just at doorstep 50 meters away. It has line 2 and 6 and is very convenient. Surrounding area has lots of food and restaurants. It’s between the bell and drum tower and within walking distance. Room was very good except for basin area which was rather dark for makeup.

Very good location. Friendly and helpful reception. One of the few hotels with welcome drinks and afternoon tea for guests. Xi'an was boiling hot when we were there. Hotel had lots of bottled water available to guests. Delicious breakfast.

Central location hotel

This hotel is in a perfect location for tourists. It’s right behind the Entrance H of Bell Tower subway station. You can walk to many famous spots such as the bell tower etc. However the room is small, enough for one person. They have free washing machines and dryers on the second floor. There is a nice lady who always help me to pack my laundry.

Great location in the heart of city center right in back of a subway entrance. Staff are extremely friendly. Nice rooms with comfortable beds and free water and washer. Would definitely come back the next time I visit Xi'an!
