It was really tough to find from the signage. The rooms were darker than images and staff were very friendly. Location is ok but as first time visitors, I would have preferred to be more central and closer to dining options.

There was a real feeling that the staff are trying to make the hotel better for guest, it just didn’t quite hit the mark. The room we had was quite spacious for a family of 4 however the furniture placement in the room felt odd; for example the window seat was pushed up against the bed rather than where you’d expect it at the window. They provided a WeChat service which was great for communicating as I don’t speak Mandarin. A take away breakfast was provided on days we left very early which was really appreciated. The location of the hotel was good within walking distance to the Muslim Quarter and small wild pagoda. The front desk set up makes it feel like a hostel rather than a hotel. The floors where the rooms are felt like a hotel. There are also great laundry facilities offered free of charge. If you have cat allergies, probably best not to stay here as there is a cat enclosure in the lobby/breakfast area. Overall, I would stay here again.

HeSu a good choice for hotel

We had a great time in Xi'an and loved the HeSu Designer Hotel & Suites. The young staff were all very friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and modern. Location was about a 15-minute walk from the old city wall. Lots of things to see within walking distance.

As the name suggests it is truly a designer hotel and is Instagram worthy. The rooms are nicely decked up and is a great value for money. The staff are young and very friendly and they offer free coffee coupons. The rooms are decently sized and the hotel is new. Location is quite convenient and is 10 min taxi ride to big pagoda, shaanxi museum and south gate of xian wall.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Xi'an. The location of this hotel is superb. It's extremely close to the subway station, which made it very convenient for me to travel around the city. There are also numerous shopping malls nearby, providing great opportunities for shopping. What's more, it's an ideal place to taste the delicious local cuisine of Xi'an. The rooms in the hotel are very clean and well-appointed. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an.

I really enjoyed my stay. the staff is super available and friendly. I loved the fact that they have a card with the address in Chinese and a QR code that gives the exact location of the hotel. We can fully recommend this nice accommodation. The room was very quiet, comfortable with very good beds and clean. The shower ist hot and strong. The whole hotel is realy stylish and the stuff ist very, very friendly and helped us everytime. They served us Cappuccino for free several times and they prepared a very good breakfast. The hotel is located near the old city and in a walking distance to the metro. So we could make the trip to the terracotta warriors by Metro and bus very easy.
