Overall a good stay apart from the room service
"This hotel is within a few steps of Norwich Football Club with ample parking. The hotel appears to have been refurbished in the public areas and was very appealing. The rooms were a bit dated but large and comfortable. Shower was over the Bath which I don’t personally like. We ran into a few issues ..."
