"House was dirty. As soon as you walk in there’s an odor, had to buy a candle and left it behind for others. Linen had hair on it, toilet bowls full of mold, shower drains with hair wrapped all around. Upstairs jacuzzi tube with no water pressure, would take two hours to fill I’m sure. Hot tub jets lack pressure, tub under filled. Nice location for hocking hills and in a secluded area. Friends made the stay pleasant. There was an envelope for gratuity for the house keepers which normally would give but the place wasn’t clean when I entered and cleaning fee when booking was high. "

"Our stay was overall OK we started off not getting check-in details. We had to reach out to get them from the host 1/2hr before we arrived. we were told we should’ve received them days ago, but no one had reached out to see if the information had been received. The house was clean and properly stocked with items. Wi-Fi did not run the greatest as streaming was a bit difficult at times and just spooled when you were watching movies. The hot tub was NOT clean! as it was the main reason, we liked the property and wanted to rent it. It was green and there was a lot of scale buildup and would it showed up in our swimsuits, broken jets and headrest. but the worst part of our stay was the uncomfortable king bed. I was taken back by all this because the property was said newly listed on Vrbo! As I arrived by home I was reviewing the reviews and noticed it was listed 2023. We are currently into 2026. This clearly is not a newly listed property. "

"The house had a few minor cleaning issues when we arrived. There were footprints from previous stays, trash had not been completely emptied, the master bed wasn’t entirely made, there were shorts left at the foot of the bed from a previous guest, there were hairs in the shower, and there were two mugs still in the sink. But the biggest issue I had was we paid for this cabin primarily for the hot tub, but the hot tub was not hot enough to use. It was barely warm despite us setting it to the highest temperature and checking frequently up to when we just went to bed. "
