The toliet was wobbly, the shower had no water pressure, and the bed was the worst ive ever slept in along w the metal box the bed laid on.

Very Good
Hotel facility and the room was clean, staff was helpful and nice. Our stay was for 1 night and was very good. Our room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. the shower had plenty of hot water and had very good water pressure that I've ever experienced in a hotel! Would recommend to friends.

We never found this place...after asking directions of several locals in Waynesville. Called motel and got answering machine (?)so called again when we got back home. Offered to pay a fee since we missed our reservation and was told " No, your card will be charged for the WHOLE AMOUNT" I don't think this is fair since we tried our best to get there...how about you?

Hello Donna, This is a very inappropriate excuse from you for directions, we have not received any calls from you for directions. If you don't show up on your arrival day we have to charge you as a no show as per reservation policy.

Not worth $ 149.00 a night!
If you are going to charge like the "BIG BOYS" then you need to offer goods like the "BIG BOYS"! No breakfast offered. Two people in room and we were left 2 snack cookies, 1 baby bottle of water and 1 kids size juice. No Kleenex in the room. The room was clean, but very outdated. No flunger or stopper for sink so I had to force a rag in the sink. No dresser for clothes. I wouldn't stay or recommend this location!!!!!

Smelled musty and moldy whenever you walk into your room. The carpet wasn’t lined up with the wall, look like it was just placed there, and there were stains all over the carpet.

Hello Shanno, thank you for your feedback! We apologize for any inconvenience you had during your stay. We took off old hydraulic heating system and we also installed new doors that's the reason carpet is not lined up with the wall. During this busy month we cannot work on floor.

Ac didn't work that well and these rooms needed a major update beds were hard and the parking lot was really hard to pull into and back on to the busy fast pace main road but clean

Motel looks to be family owned and as staff they were excellent at making our stay as comfortable as they could. Room was very clean bed was comfortable, will stay there again

We reserved a hot tub suite. The cold faucet for the tub only trickled. Took almost 2 hours to get half way. Secondly, tbe shower head was like being hit with needles. Non adjustable. The enclosure was very small. So no way of getting away from it. The hair dryer was there, but no plug within the bathroom to even use it.

The building is very old. The 7.8 rating seems high given condition of the rooms and building. Faded blankets, bathroom sink is tiny. Heating is available but there is no thermostat control. Few roaches were crawling around. The rate for the room wss much higher that it deserves.

Mediocre at best
It was an ok place for me to stay. I generally try to get a better place when staying with my wife. The bed was not comfortable enough for her and the parking was horrible. It was clean. The bathroom floor felt like ice and they only gave us two very thin towels. It definitely wasn't worth the cost

Convenient Stay
This older one-story motel is located on a busy thoroughfare, making getting up the sloping driveway a potentially dangerous challenge. The older tile in the bathroom was worrisome. The tiny shower made turning difficult for this oversized male. The two at the front desk were very nice and helpful in finding a place to eat, late in the day. Generally speaking, this was a good choice of economy accommodations.
