NEWLY REMODELED -BRAND NEW FURNITURE! This spacious 2 bedroom, two bath condo sits on the first tee box of the first hole and putting green here at the incredible Laurel Ridge Country Club. Mountain living meets modern comfort with this open floor plan. The great room is vaulted with majestic windows that look out over the beautiful property with mountain views. Only 3 minutes to downtown Waynesville, 3 minutes to the Parkway, 30 minutes from Asheville, 30 minutes to Cherokee!!!!

The Bluebird is the entire upper floor of the property. Easy access from the parking lot. Walk outside the condo and you are on the grounds of Laurel Ridge Country Club. 10 steps from the front door and you're on the putting green! Unbelievable location!!
Other things to note
Private golf carts are not allowed on the premises due to insurance and liability issues. However, if you would like to play golf, the pro shop will be happy to rent a cart to you for your round.
Also please keep in mind that the outside common areas, greens, fairways, etc are owned by LRCC and should not be viewed as a play space for children (or adults).
