Beautiful home located in Weatherford in a very well-established neighborhood with no traffic noise. Enjoy the shade of mature trees. Covered patio in the backyard with a charcoal grill that’s ready for use. Seating and a table available outside as well. The back yard has a privacy fence and large enough for the kids to run and play.

The private driveway is large enough to comfortably park 4 vehicles.

Indoors, you’ll enjoy 3 bedrooms, all stocked with extra pillows and blankets. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Closets and drawers for clothing storage in every bedroom. Master bedroom with private bathroom.

Nice large living area with plenty of seating. Lazy boy furniture with recliner and two reclining sofas.

In the kitchen, everything is provided to cook a full meal, including pots and pans, silverware, utensils, grilling utensils, coffee pot and coffee, toaster, blender, air fryer, plates, bowls, and cups.

Central heat and air.

Within walking distance is a church playground with a basketball court and playground equipment.

Weatherford visit

Quiet neighborhood and nice property. Was very clean and comfortable. Couldn’t have been more perfect for our group. Kitchen was nice as we cooked frequently during our visit. Kayla the host was very responsive to our requests. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Home for Family Groups

This home worked out perfectly for our group including myself (with two children) and my two siblings. Having a bedroom and separate bathroom for each part of the group was especially nice, and there was ample space for hanging out and enjoying meals together. The home was large and clean, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We were in town to visit our grandfather who is staying at a skilled nursing facility in Clinton. The location of this property was close enough that we could visit him daily, but in a more convenient location than the rural area that the facility was in.

Great quiet neighborhood, super house for a group

Group of 6 came to duck hint for a weekend. Very easy check-in and check-out. House was stocked with everything we needed. Perfect for us!

Nice and clean

The family said it was nice and clean. It could have had paper towels and a few more things in the kitchen. It was ok since they didn’t fix food there.
