Bad services and bad check in. Had a nightmare getting in & the heater was broken. We were cold!!
Good potential but not ready to rent. Stair risers were broken & falling off and trip Mike.

Many Problems with this Rental
The address listed in VRBO does NOT take your to this townhome. I had to call The Landing to get the correct address. I had to call The Landing again because the door knob lock was broken...we only gained entry into the house because someone had left the back door unlocked. Inaccurate address and inability to get into the house caused over an hour delay for us. Once we got into the house, there were kitchen cabinet doors on the floor and broken drawers (see pictures). I called again to ask someone to come fix the broken door lock and to let them know about the kitchen issues. I called twice to ask for a discount due to all the issues, and they tell me that they will call me back. No call back and no discount. The floors needed to be swept and cleaned.
