Everything about our stay was excellent! We highly recommend this resort as a fantastic option to enjoy a mountain spa & hotel with a staff that went above and beyond to provide excellent service, hospitality and friendliness! We did not want to leave and that we can return some day!

Best spa experience I had. Nice restaurant and reasonably priced. Great breakfast with many nice options. Very friendly staff. So close to the train and lift. Highly recommended.

Clean but there is no fridge in room. My room has a little carpeted play area in 2nd floor from by Climbing the ladder. Beautiful views from room window.Nice spa with natural mineral worm water. Breakfast included. 50 steps waiting distance from train station.

Rigi Kaltbad
The hotel is located in an absolutely beautiful setting, and the star feature of the hotel is the access to the mineral baths / spa facility. The hotel rooms themselves are rather small and spare; the bathrooms are small and somewhat dated. But everything is clean, and the hotel restaurant staff are attentive, friendly, and well-trained.

Great hotel on Mount Rigi
Awesome hotel on mount Rigi. Pool & spa very nice with view. Nice breakfast , friendly staff Good restaurant. If you stay with hotel also get discount for the train to mount Rigi. We will definitely go back again :)

Overall good experience. The hike up to the top of the mountain is incredible. Very easy to get up to the hotel and back down. The room was a little stuffy and the bed could’ve been more comfortable.

Somewhat disappointing
Decent but missing the mark. The spa closes too early. I go to a hotel spa at the end of a day to relax and sleep, not to necessarily spend the whole day. Our room view was obstructed by scaffoldings. Not what I was expecting.

Everything was excellent except for the service (receptionist). We have enjoyed every minute of our stay except when we checked out. We inquired if it is possible to extend even for an hour and would understand if we were denied. The way she responded to our query however was a big disappointment. With a very serious face, with no questions asked and explanation given, she simply said one word - "no". There was not even a thank you nor a smile from her as we settled the account. This is the first time I have encountered such "arrogant - stern looking" person manning the front desk of a hotel.

Stunning setting, lovely accommodation
The hotel is a lovely mix of old chalet style and new spa finishes. All the benefits of a fantastic spa, in a grand space with amazing views. End the day in a homely chalet environment. The restaurant service was excellent and really looked after us, especially with gluten free requirements. I was still able to have a burger and chips all GF :) In the morning the breakfast buffet was adequate with a continental selection aswell as a small hot buffet of eggs. The staff were extremely helpful and always took time to talk and share any good travel tips. This is our second time and i’m sure not the last.

The service could have been better - it was almost like we were staying at faulty towers. The check-in person was the worst - couldn’t care less about getting you your room. The spa is just ok - pretty crowded and lukewarm/tepid water. It’s not one I’d go to again. The restaurant at the place across the other side of the rail line is great though - I’d eat there if you’re in this area.

Nice stay on Rigib Kaltbad
Everything was pretty good, but the service in a restaurant is a bit strange. From unknown reason, we have waited pretty long on the enterance although tables snd staff were available. But staff was friendly once we got hoit table. Meal was OK. By the breakfast they start to make clean up half an hour before breakfast ends. But we were pretty happy with this stay.

Stay on the Rigi in Style
Amazing views, fantastic place to get away for some peace and quiet, beautiful walking paths steps away from the hotel, and a very nice bar with huge fire place. The hotel also has a thoughtfully stocked store, with locally made items, wine, bakery, etc. We were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the hotel restaurant as well; I had beautifully prepared lamb and my husband a perfectly prepared veal dish.

Hotel in the clouds...or with fantastic views...
one night stay only. Hotel was expensive for what it was, although of course there is always a premium for location. room was rather hot and as it was on top floor (in the roof) there was no adjustable are con. Getting to hotel via excellent cable car was half price as we had pre booked as guests - but still expensive. the adjacent cog railway may have been cheaper. cars are not allowed at hotel. Restaurant choice a bit limited - although breakfast included was excellent - and all staff were great!

just views to die for. relaxing in the thermal spring pool overlooking the mountains was one of lifes must do moments. also a perfect place to get engaged.

Stayed during our honeymoon. The free entry to the Spa was a great plus. There are walking trails around the hotel that provide incredible views of Lake Lucerne. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but the beds could be more comfortable. A great stay overall.

The rooms are very stark but clean. You stay here for the view and the spa. Hotel guests are allowed to use the spa for free. The breakfast buffet is good. My only complaint is that I could not access the internet, otherwise all was good.

Extraordinary staff - very friendly, very flexible, particularly the barman. The Spa is amazing, it was foggy and rainy during our stay, a perfect situation to spend at a Spa.

Great Alps Experience
I am so glad that I got to stay at this hotel. Sure it is not the five star luxurious hotel but it has characters. I loved the view from the bar. I loved that I get to go to the spa in robe. It is right by the cable car station and the train station so it was easy to access also.

Designer hotel which does not hit the mark.
Nice exterior. Cold utilitarian bedrooms which are not relaxing at all. Receptionist at night of check-in not very friendly & tried to palm me off with a room without lake view which had been paid for. To top it off, another receptionist the next morning was unwilling to answer a query because it involves a matter which she claim was "not my job". The only redeeming factor is the wonderful spa of which hotel guests have exclusive use of from 9-11am.

ich habe eine auszeit benötiget auch zum die hitze zu entziehen..aber das badewasser war mir zu warm deswegen empfehle ich nur die kälte temperaturen zum das wellness bereich benützen..und kann sein das der klima anlagen im hotel nicht funktionierte? sost alles gut..gerne wörde ich mal wiederkommen in zusammenhang mit wanderung. freundlichen grüsse P.Herzog

신혼여행으로 방문~ 2박 했어요. 스파도, 룸 컨디션도, 주변환경도 모두 만족스러웠어요. 모든 직원분들이 친절하셨고, 문의사항에 확실하게 답변 해주셨어요!! 그리고 조식이 기대이상이었어요~!! 다만, 시내에 나갔다가 저녁에 숙소 돌아올때 산악열차 시간이 조금 뜨는부분이 불편했어요. 하지만 그부분을 고려해도 충분히 만족할만한 호텔이었습니다!!
