"I stayed here with one of my best friends, and my mother and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the security of the fact that they have a main gate that they lock after hours so random people aren’t coming in. The only downside to this hotel and why I only ranked it. Four stars out of five is that the rooms were very small and the water pressure isn’t the greatest but we didn’t mind because we just slept there and the rest of the time we were sightseeing! I do wanna make a note that due to it being an island and having to reserve their electricity, the power does go out for a couple hours during the day at this hotel and certain areas (not everywhere on the island), so just make sure that you have everything charged. I also wanted to say the parking is very narrow due to The Streets being very narrow so make sure when you park you’re able to get out very easily. It was a cute little hotel for a great price And it was very close (walking distance) to some Little shopping markets, and food. When we go back next year, this is definitely a place we would come back to."

"Was able to check into our room early. Enjoyed a complimentary frozen rum drink upon check in. Excellent view above the city with on site restaurant and pool. Breakfast included and spaces to park your vehicle. Had a large king memory foam bed. Just a small amount of ants on the bathroom sink but was taken care of immediately. Has a mini fridge and microwave for drinks and snacks as well. Well worth the money and just a 5-6 drive to mountain top and about 15 minutes to the airport."

"I can't complain the staff i encountered we all friendly event security. I didn't have them clean my room during my stay. But i did ask for fresh towels and got immediately. Rooms clean views lovely easy to get taxis if not driving. If you up for it walking distance from most hot spots and food."

"Unfortunately, this location was not great. After traveling for hours from IL we wanted to kick back, but we spent the entire evening trying to book another villa. There was a strong moldy smell as you walked in. Sand was on the chair, floor, & stove. The air conditioner in the bedroom had a hole in it where anything can crawl in. The ceiling also had water damage & it was exposed and moldy. The faucet in the bathroom was super loose so when you went to wash your hands the whole thing moved. The toilet seat was loose as well, & the shelf the bath towels were on was dirty. There was hair on the floor too. The patio area had furniture that was completely worn out & discolored by the sun. It looked as if someone tried to mop without sweeping first so there were dirty streaks. The best thing about this place was the view. I blame housekeeping because it seemed like the property wasnt cleaned after the last guest left. The property manager was sweet, apologized & moved us to their Aqua villa across from Havensight Mall. We stayed in the cute St. Croix suite. It was spacious, outdated but had some upgrades. Housekeeping was an issue. We found an empty wine bottle under the couch & the floors weren't swept or mopped. I know it was last minute, but they should've offered to clean the next day since they werent expecting us that night. Other than that we LOVED that location and villa. I would give a 2nd chance & book again though."
