"We had such a lovely, warm welcome and the staff could not be more helpful. Inside, the hotel is clean and welcoming. The hotel is very conveniently positioned and about 10 or 15 minutes to the tram stop into Basel. The breakfast was absolutely first class - plenty of options and the rooms were great."

"The rooms facing the train tracks have no soundproofing, you hear the screeching of the trains coming and going till 1 in the night and from 4 in the morning. Sleep quality is very low because of this. Otherwise a standard (small) budget hotel room, which was at least clean and warm."
