"This was such a beautiful and remote spot close to Hallstatt. It was right on the water, with amazing views. Check in was simple and it was very peaceful. "
"Excellent option for stay. Beautiful area, terrific rooms, service. I had a change of plans requiring late check in, staff coordinated with me, and made check in seamless."
"Wonderful place, seems newly renovated. Staff are really friendly but seem to be building experience still. Had a wonderful three days and consider coming back soon"
"We had a super stay at the Narzissen. Very large rooms, fantastic view to the mountains, friendly staff, good restaurant and service. The textile-free sauna area and out-door pool area was very nice."

"I can’t recommend Hallstatt Hideaway enough! I arrived early and was able to keep my luggage with staff and checked in later. I had the most beautiful spacious room with a view of the lake that was breathtaking! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing delivered to my room with so many options. Hotel is steps away from the market and main shops and dining. I will definitely stay here again! "
"The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was available between 7am - 10am. It meant that I didn't have to get up too early for it.
The spa and pool were great, very clean and also had amenities such as snacks, water and hot drinks. They were both open for very long hours so i was able to use them after I returned to the hotel after my day outs.
I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's in middle of Bad Aussee, just the spa and pool is worth going to!"
"Truly the greatest stop of our journey through the Alps this summer. We were torn whether to stay outside the city center at one of the other communities around Hallstatt but in the end we took the plunge and stayed at Heritage and it didn’t disappoint. We were able to amble through its quiet streets at night amidst the drizzle and rain and it was perfect. Throw in a good meal at the restaurant there when the other places in town were closed or fully booked and I’d go back again and again if I could. What a magical place Hallstatt is and what a way to complement it by the hotel."
"You need to book the lake view rooms! Walking onto the balcony at all hours to admire the lake was the star of the show, especially when there's a boat playing live music in the evening. The owner, Franz, was so helpful to my elderly Asian mom. Her English isn't the best, and she told me he was patient and informative. Parking is 18EUR, but that's standard in that small area. The city enforces it, so the neighboring hotels do it too. The bathrooms are clean and were cleaned everyday. With all our activities, we missed the dinner at the hotel that everyone raves about. There's a pizza restaurant down the street that we decent and stayed open late, but next time we're back, we'll need to try the hotel's dinner!"
"We booked a suite that accommodates four adults(1 king bed and 2 Twins bed), at the time of booking, my father-in-law was unsure he could join us or not,He only decided to come and bought his ticket in the final week before the trip. However, when we arrived, the hotel claimed that our reservation was for three adults and charged us an additional €70 per night. This was the first time I’ve ever heard of being charged extra while still staying within the room’s stated capacity! We also had dinner at the hotel, which turned out to be the most expensive meal of our whole trip 3 main crouses no Appetizer no dessert cost 199 €!"
