Dogs are very welcome. We charge a fee for dogs, available upon request. In cases of exceptionally high cleaning effort—especially with very large or heavy-shedding dogs—we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee according to effort. All visitors must be registered in advance. For longer stays or regular use of the apartment by additional persons, we reserve the right to charge an extra guest fee, available upon request. Overnight guests must always be registered in advance. We are a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or anywhere on the premises and is only allowed outside our property in public areas. For insurance reasons and to protect our guests and staff, the public areas of the house are under video surveillance.
