The room did not have any shampoo or conditioner or lotion. The construction across the street started at 6:00 AM and with the windows open it was very loud. There should have been a warning about the noise before booking. No coffee or tea in the room.

Beautiful hotel, attention to details by staff. Dyson hair dryer, were the icing on the cake.

Had a lovely stay here! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and I’d happily stay again.

The room was clean and staff friendly. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The hotel was located near the train station which was very convenient for the one night stay when we were catching a train the next day. There was a lot of construction around the area which made driving unpleasant. The breakfast room was packed when we went. The space was too small for the amount of people and the set up was not ideal, people needed to walk through the food area for half the seating. The staff could not clear tables and fill stock fast enough and there were not enough tables for seating clients. The tea selection was impressive and breakfast selections were plenty and tasted good.
