"Overall, great experience and if we’re in the area again we’d definitely rebook! Home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There’s a patio/deck for you to enjoy with a nice backyard. The home is small and intimate for a family of 4-6 but not too small that you’re on top of one another. The kitchen and bathroom have a nice modern feel/look. The check-in process was simple and the home homeowner was very quick to respond when needed. The only thing that was off to me was an individual staying in the basement area; there is a door that locks where the individual can’t come to the main floor and they have their own separate entrance/exit. I watch a lot of true crime shows, so my imagine ran wild with that aspect ."

"Did not stay. Host never responded. I visited the location, and it was an apartment complex in deplorable condition. Trash everywhere. "

"Place was not cleaned well. refrigerator was frozen, and it was dirty under the ice and when I contacted the host, she claimed that it would take all day to defrost. they came to clean it after. The restroom the towel holder was very loose. I was nervous to even put my towel on there because I didn’t wanna be blamed for breaking it. They rent the other part of the house to someone else and their alarm kept going on and I had a call for them to stop it. Although they came to stop it, they seemed annoyed by me, asking for it to be off. My husband and I were there for a week and they only left two towels for good hygiene. You should use a clean towel.. The counter in the bathroom was dirty stuff just looked a little grossed out. It’s a cute little spot. I think they should just invest some time and cosmetic stuff. The walls were dirty. There was no baseboard all around it. They had a couch. That’s a futon. It would’ve been great if they had left extra comforters and sheet for it. The air filter is dirty and needed to be changed. It caused my allergies to flare up. They said they had a kitchenette but no sink they wanted em to wash it in the restroom sink that’s gross. "

"Stayed for a baseball tournament at East Cobb. Home was located in a centralized area for the fields we played at. Quiet area just far enough away from the busy chaos of Atlanta. Enjoyed our stay and communication was great. "

"The house was horrible ,very dirty , it had a horrible odor a smell of bug spray. Kitchen stinks and dirty, both bathrooms are dirty tube my clean rush everywhere, the refrigerator is so dirty and stinks to high heaven, it has rust stains and sticky residue all over the refrigerator. Trash in every room all over the floors. Comforters diry on all bed, toilets also has rust nothings was clean in the house. And when i send him pictures of the issues he states he had the place cleaned hour ago i told no way not what this house looking like, he did said he could send the cleaner back over to clean in a couple hours.that did not sit well with me the house gave me bed bug vives. I asked for my money back because of the inconvenience , and was told he could not refund me. I asked why i couldn't get my money back when this is clearly not the clean livable house you posted at thus point you are robbing/stealing from people wrongfully. He told to call vrbo so they can get me my money back ,and i was told my the Vrbo customer service representative and manger and after i sent in the pictures of what the place looks like, Vrbo still after they look a over 50 pictures they don't anything wrong and they offer is a %60 cleaning fee return, and get this they still have not paid me that. I call several times about my money no help. Oh and another thing i didn't even stay a the place because i was scared of catching bed bug"
