This comfortable and spacious home offers a lovely view of Lieutenant Island in Wellfleet, and beautiful Cape Cod Bay sunsets. Surrounded by Audubon conservation land, this property offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, sleeping 8 comfortably. The first level of the property boasts a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, a lovely sun room, screened porch, and a bedroom with two twin sized beds. The second floor offers three additional bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and two with two twin sized beds in each. Enjoy the outdoors on the wraparound deck equipped with your choice of charcoal or gas grill, the widow's walk, or the screened porch area. *PLEASE NOTE: Insinkerator and fireplace NOT to be used. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens are not provided—guests may bring their own or rent. This property does not have air conditioning. Two-week minimum for bookings.
