Do not block the driveway to the garage. There is another unit with tenant located. Your guests should park behind your car leaving the way to garage.

Please make sure to clean the barbecue after use. A $50 cleaning fee will apply if it’s left uncleaned.

Trash collected at Monday and Thursday morning. If necessary please place the trash can at the driveway curbside to be collected by utility company.
