Holly's Flat Close to Ferry! Plus EV!

  • Bottom flat fully renovated late 2024. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Ideal for upto 4 people but can accommodate 6 using sofabed. Lovely and quiet suburb close to ferry and CBD.

    Please note, owners live in upstairs dwelling so there might be some noise filter through to flat. If you are sensitive to noise may not be suitable.


    Also, we have a dog on property, she is fenced off but you may see or hear her during your stay.

    Internet Access Point device has been installed for quality wifi.

    An external power socket is provided close to guest car park for EV charging, please inquire if intending to use as there is an additional charge.
