Great communication with Host,very accommodating. Location was awesome, walking distance to shops resturants etc Would definitely stay here again, totally recommend
The townhouse is such a great property. It is in an excellent location and we were able to walk everywhere. Even though it’s on a busy street you could hardly hear the road noise. The beds were comfy and we all appreciated the coffee maker. Rhys was such an accommodating host and communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
This property is right across the street from University housing, which was extremely convenient. Each of us had a level to ourselves and the washer and dryer were such a nice amenity!

Outstanding property. So clean and well presented. Very comfortable for 3 couples as we each had our own floor and own bathroom. Parking was a bit of a challenge as there is only street parking, but we did manage to find spots. The host was excellent with instructions and communication. Would highly recommend theirs property.
Brought some friends visiting from the UK to Wellington.Wanted somewhere that was in walking distance of all the tourist locations.This was the perfect spot. No transport required for the whole stay.The accommodation was also perfect for everyone to spread out and find their own space to relax. Had everything we needed to make the stay easy.Rhys was also great at keeping in touch and answering any queries.
Just perfect if several of you are travelling for business as plenty of good coffee houses and cafe's a stone's throw away.
Each bedroom/bathroom is on a separate floor so there is plenty of privacy but also a communal area for getting together for a meal or work discussions.
Netflix great for some down time.
Only tiny glitch is that the rubbish disposal instructions need updating.
Would definitely recommend for business or friends travelling together.

Overall we had a good time. The place was clean and modern. Lower level bedroom gets cold as it doesn't have a dedicated heater. Plug in heater struggled to keep up. Also, if you are a light sleeper the traffic might keep you up. Taking out the trash/rubbish was a bit of a pain. Would book here again.
My family and parents spent 2 nights in the townhouse.The location is great, you can walk to town and there are great coffee shops and food outlets nearby.The property has been well set up to maximise the footprint. It is spread over several floors (which my elderly father found a bit challenging). The main kitchen/lounge isn’t the biggest but this is balanced by each floor having their own breakout space. We were some of the first guests to stay and while we had minor teething problems (missing supplies), I can’t speak highly enough of Rhys as a host. He was very responsive and went out his way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Given his attentive nature, I’ve no doubt future guests will have a seamless experience.Nb. Wellington traffic is a little tricky to get your head around. It can get busy, there are a lot of one-way streets, traffic wardens aplenty, the parking is zoned and prices vary. The property is right on the edge of the city zone so I’d encourage you to park cheaply outside the city zone and walk this lovely city.
The property is very clean and an amazing house to stay in, easy walk to everything, plenty big enough for a family.Rhys is a great host, always happy to help out and quick to answer messages .Loved it, would definitely stay again
