Superb self-contained studio flat minutes away from central Wellington
The studio flat has a separate shower room and a kitchen with hob and fridge. Right behind us is Queens Park and beyond that the wonderful bush walks of Te Ahumairangi Hill, which rise up overlooking the ocean. The flat's balcony itself looks down over Wellington Bay. We are only 10 minutes walk from central Wellington and from the national stadium, and close to the bars and restaurants of Tinakoro village and the CBD. Visitors will find the location peaceful and tranquil but also highly accessible.
