Our beautifully renovated two-bedroom apartment is nestled in a charming heritage building in Wellington's historic Tinakori Village and is perfectly located whether you are in Wellington for business or pleasure.
The contemporary living space which flows to an outdoor dining area has a large comfy sofa which is great to relax and put your feet up after a busy day at work or exploring the city. The Smart TV and fibre broadband will enable you to work, stream movies, or both!
The modern kitchen has everything you need for your stay including tea and coffee supplies, a microwave/oven and dishwasher.
The bedroom is sumptuously furnished to ensure you have a blissful sleep. Bedside USB sockets enable you to charge your phone overnight.
As you step outside the building you will find yourself on Tinakori Road in the heart of Tinakori Village with its historical buildings, antique shops and charming cafes and restaurants. A little further up the road you will find the Botanic Gardens with the iconic cable car that will take you down to Lambton Quay and from there to all that Wellington has to offer. For business travellers Parliament and the CBD are a 5-6 minute walk down Bowen or Hill Street.

Tinakori Village is a charming city fringe location approximately a 10-15 minute walk to the city and waterfront.
The apartment is on the first floor up a flight of stairs and is to the rear of the property.
On street parking - in the immediate village area street parking is free but time limited during the day and unrestricted overnight. Less than five minutes' walk away are 'coupon' street parking zones which are free and unrestricted on weekends and cost $18/day on weekdays.
