  • Mountain retreat located in the heart of the PA Grand Canyon, on 35 private acres, that run behind the property, with a stocked Marsh Creek attached to State Game Land. Perfect for hiking, hunting, fishing and riding. Rails to Trails bike path directly across the street that runs through the beautiful PA Grand Canyon. All designated roads are ATV, snowmobile and horse friendly. Bicycles available on site or bring your own. Kitchen includes most amenities including a Keurig coffee maker and air fryer; no dishwasher. Large, roomy living room with DVD player and Nintendo Wii for added convenience. Full size bathroom includes laundry facilities. Large master bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom includes twin size bunk bed. Property includes horse barn and large garage. Located near two ski resorts: Denton Hill and Saw Mill. There is WiFi available; password near tv, but no cable/satellite service. Ten minute drive to Leonard Harrison/Colton Point State Parks. Enjoy this 1,000 sq. ft. home located in the beautiful mountains of Wellsboro. Pets welcome, with pet fee. Large driveway for extra parking. Non-smoking. Soda machine on site. Contactless check in/check out; and the property is sanitized and cleaned after every guest. Across from the Pine Creek Rails to Trails, beautiful walk/bike path.

PA Grand Canyon Weekend

We had a great time here. We enjoyed exploring the property, the bike trail and hiking at nearby state parks. Would love to come back again when the weather is better.

Relaxing stay

This was the second time staying here. The location is perfect, right next to Rails to Trails and Wellsboro. The weather didn’t cooperate so we spent time relaxing.

Wonderful just like every other time

This was our 3rd time staying here and it was just as amazing as every other time. The house was clean, quiet and fully stocked per usual! We love Wellsboro which it is a short trip to. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!

Perfect getaway

This is our 2nd time booking at this location. We love the area and it's a great location for us being close to PA Grand Canyon, Wellsboro and New York is a very short jaunt away. We love that we can take our dog and she feels comfortable and at home here. Every stay we feel welcomed and we cannot wait to go back. Thank you again for a great weekend!!!

Perfect location

We had such a great time that we already booked our 2nd stay. This little gem is perfect for us and close to everything with the rail trail right across the street. Home was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Loved walking outside the door with the pups and we were able to walk for miles. This place did not disappoint and we cannot wait to go back, we love the area. Thank you for making our stay effortless.

Nice place

We had a good time in Wellsboro. The house was nice, the bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was with the amount of noise from traffic on the road and one night people were on the back of the property racing around. Which we realize the owner can't control that. We had room to park our boat too. Everything else was good. Would recommend this rental to others.

Perfect Getaway!

Everything was perfect! Room enough for everyone-to eat, sleep, and play. House was clean and ready for our arrival. Host was very open and communicative-even leaving a list of things to do in the area. Location was peaceful and located within easy driving distance to the state parks and Wellsboro. Kitchen was well-stocked with supplies, bathroom had enough towels, and the washer/dryer was very convenient considering it rained all weekend. When we return to the area, I would definitely love to stay here again!

Rail Trail Biking Trip

We enjoyed the rental. It was the perfect location close to the Pine Creek Rail Trail. Easy access to ride bikes without driving to the trail. The rental was clean and as advertised and had everything we needed. We were able to store our bikes in the locked mud room. It was also a short distance from local restaurants and from Wellsboro.

Great place. Weather made the days also. 50 degree nights and 70's during the day!! Loved morning walks and evening fires. Super quiet. Showed up with pretty much just food and drink and all worked out.
