"Perfect spot for a family getaway to reconnect and rejuvenate.! Exceptional property was everything we’d hoped for in the region. Clean, cozy spaces and the wonderfully stocked kitchen made our stay very comfortable. Beds were super comfy and having a cabin with three full bathrooms is spectacular (especially with adult children)! Additionally, the amenities like the hot tub, fire pit, game room and private stargazing field, made it extra special! The host was fantastic and all of the little touches like the welcome basket and the doggie amenities made our stay top notch! Communication was also timely and supportive. I highly recommend for families or small groups looking for comfort while exploring all the beauty that northwestern PA has to offer. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!"

"What a great cabin to stay in. The cabin was clean, spacious and perfect location. I didn’t roam around the grounds much just due to the nature of my stay but what I saw were well kept and maintained. I wish I would have been able to walk the trails but just didn’t have the time. The view from the deck over looking the fields and pond was amazing. With the use of the provided binoculars you could see for miles. I will definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area."

"Such a comfortable stay! Comfy beds, nice layout for relaxing, and a great hot tub. Everything was clean and well kept and the host responded instantly to my questions prior to the trip. Beautiful view from the back deck, too! I wish we were staying longer!!"

"Loved this Treehouse. Was very clean, adequate amenities. It sits back off the road a bit so it is very private. Short walk to the Genesee River. We met the hosts. Very nice couple. You do have to be mindful of how much water you use and you cannot drink it. So, bring your own water. There is a refrigerator outside under the treehouse to keep your beverages and whatever else cold. Loved the outdoor shower. If you like hiking there are several trails nearby. If your looking for something different this is it."

"Staff were very nice. Property is somewhat rundown and the room I had needed updating, but for the price it was acceptable. Basically clean, no bugs, a/c worked fine. TV had sufficient channels and there was a microwave and fridge. Water in shower was hot. If you are on a budget, it is sufficient. The old " you get what you pay for " label is appropriate. Dont expect a Hilton atmosphere for what you want to pay."
