"This cabin is absolutely breathtaking. We came here to escape the noise of the Big Apple, and what we discovered was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was something special. Surrounded by tall trees and with sweeping views of the mountains, it felt like stepping into a postcard.Each morning began with the soft drift of fog over the trees, and each night ended under a sky full of stars, accompanied by the sounds of nature all around us. It was peaceful, grounding, and exactly what we needed to disconnect and recharge.If you love hiking and being immersed in nature, this place is perfect — with scenic trails just minutes from the door and wildlife all around, it feels like your own private retreat in the woods.We’re incredibly grateful to have found this gem. "The view from this house was so beautiful. I loved waking up and watching the sun rise. Our dogs had a blast on the property playing frisbee and walking the trails. We had a fire in the wood burning stove, it was so cozy. "

"The property is currently under going renovations. Our room was completely renovated, we were the first occupants. We had a king suite, it was great. Staff was very pleasant & extremely accommodating to us. We’ll definitely stay there again when in the area."

"I was disappointed kitchen was closed. I was told 10 am and I went down at 9:45 and it was closed. Everything else was fine. Close to Bonnie. "

"We had a great time staying here as a family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds and the cozy play corner up in the loft. So much natural lighting! I loved how wide the door and some windows were for letting in fresh air. Being close to the river was a nice touch! We found some really neat rocks and enjoyed the walks. We also enjoyed the fire pit and sunsets in the field. We cooked our meals in the treehouse, and ate down at the picnic table. I almost packed a tray - regretted not after many trips up and down - one thing to consider is the fridge is outside, under the treehouse, which was fine once we finally remembered! we only stayed two nights and brought disposable plates/silverware, so I can't speak for the water as we didn't use it to shower or wash dishes. The treehouse did some creaking if there was a breeze, which is perfectly normal considering it's up off the ground and built in the trees. A sound machine was very helpful at night. It seemed like it only creaked when it was closed up, when the door and windows were open it was fine. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We would stay there again!"
