"Great place to stay when visiting Olean and St Bonaventure "

"Went to Rookies Sports Bar which was maybe a two minute drive and was very nice and dinner and couple of beers "

"It was a cool historical building that was very nice inside. We had the down stairs room it was spacious but the carpet did smell a little old and musty. I would stay there again in a differ room with no carpet in it."

"Can't beat the proximity to St. Bonaventure University, as it's literally across the road. Shops and eateries nearby as well."

"From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel welcome.. People said good morning to us, were helpful with directions to local places, the breakfast offerings were excellent (the coffee was particularly good!) The room was spotless and I appreciated the DOVE products in the bathroom. The whole experience was very, very good value for the money and the staff working there really made the stay lovely and personal... Well done!"

"Pool was not heated. Bed was hard as a rock. No bathtub in bathroom "
