"The location is fantastic. Tram is very close. 2min walk. Very fun concept of staying in a train. Staff lovely. The negatives were dragging suitcases up three very long staircases. Also we were in C31 which was supposed to sleep 2 people. No working ladder to the top berth. Bottom bed would maybe sleep two 8 year old kids. Not two adults. Should not be considered a double room. Had to sleep feet to head so that we could fit. If trying to sleep an adult this should be a single room. ...

"The apartment we had was lovely!!! After reading the reviews we were sceptical but we took the risk and it definitely paid off!!! It was spacious, luxurious and spotless. Great facilities... oven, hob, microwave, lovely powerful shower and a great sized living space! Staff on reception were great too, abd instructions were clear for if they werent around.
