"Nach langer Zeit wieder im RotHweinhotel übernachtet. Die Menschen sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles ist stimmig. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und bietet für jeden etwas. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und in Bestzustand. Sauberkeit ist top. Gruß an das Housekeeping. "

"Das Resort war sehr schön. Es war von der Unhöflichkeit des Personals überschattet, vor allem bei der Dame an der Rezeption, kein Lächeln, keine Begrüßung, keinerlei Serviceorientierung. Auch im Restaurant war Freundlichkeit ein Fremdwort. Schade, denn das Ambiente versprach eigentlich mehr."

"The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and amazing. The room was very plain but clean. Carpets in the hallways were very well worn but clean. The breakfast was amazing and satisfying. The location was exceptional. Close to the park and downtown I would definitely stay stay here again and well worth it for the price."

"What an arrogant and insensitive management. Despite making my reservation far in advance I was placed in a room right beside an outdoor sitting area where conversations were as though they were actually in my room. I requested a room change and was then put in a room so far away that the wifi didn't work. For my entire stay. When at check out I requested to speak the the manager about the fact that having wifi was a factor in my selecting this particular hotel I was told he was too busy to...
