"I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and overall the room was clean and tidy. However, the bathroom was in noticeable disrepair—the walls, ceilings, and floorboards appeared patched and poorly maintained. Around midnight, I went to use the bathroom and encountered a large cockroach. The space was so small that it ran back and forth across the floor, which was extremely unsettling. I was startled and had to leave all the lights on for the rest of the night, making it difficult to sleep. The visible cracks and gaps near the floorboards raised additional concerns about maintenance and cleanliness. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again."

"As soon as we checked in, I had to call to get our room re-cleaned. There were sticky globs on the vinyl floor and bedside tables. Our room had an upstairs sleeping area and the carpeted staircase had visible stuff in the carpet. When the cleaning staff swept the stairs, the dustpan was covered in the dirt and bits of trash that wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. And the water park area was gross too. Even when we arrived within half an hour of park opening, there were globs of hair and old bandaids on the ground. And the water features were flowering with rust. We’ve been to other GWL before and I was really really disappointed in the way this one was managed."
