It was a really great hotel.
The staff were nice, polite and friendly.
The poor was clean.

The hotel is an incredible place, filled with beautiful details in every corner. The Nile is directly next to it and boat rides are an amazing extra. I highly recommend Hassan and his piloting skills. We experienced the Nile as it should be done. The staff at the hotel is attentive and friendly and service is amazing. We ate at 3 of the restaurants and were very pleased. The hotel has a Thai restaurant that served the best pad tai I have eaten. The beds are comfortable and the room was spacious. The only complaints are that hot water was irregular and sporatic. Leaving one to take cold showers. Additionally, please stop using those horrible paper straws.
Having said that, the hotel is a dream and I will return to it.
