Room cleanings were not thorough. Bedspread was removed when stained and not replaced for 10 days. We were charged for the bedspread being thrown out, which I found out when I asked what the charge was. I then told the office manager that the bedspread was never replaced upon which it was replaced. I plan to fight this charge.

Phone service not good in the area.
Not a problem just in hotel but all surrounding places.
Terrible tv. Had to have (owner?) come to our room and help us.
Rooms very clean. Lobby area flooring lifting up but due to be upgraded by Christmas.

"It was a quick overnight stay. The rooms were clean and updated. The beds were so incredibly comfortable. The breakfast had a good collection but just a bit cramped when you wanted to find a space to sit. The front desk workers were helpful and kind."

"We have stayed here many times over the years- great location, beds are pretty comfortable, and rooms clean. Unfortunately our tv didn’t have a remote.
