"Honestly can't say enough good things about the property and the owners communication. It's was perfectly central to everything we wanted to see and do in Northern Utah. 15 minutes from downtown SLC, 10 minutes from Lagoon. 50 minutes from Provo, 25 minutes from Ogden. It was perfect. I was worried about other reviewers talking about the neighborhood, that was not an issue at all. Sure, neighborhood is a bit older but had no issues and neighbors were very nice. Home is a little old, but very comfortable. The home is situated near I-15, we had zero issues nor could we hear the traffic. Honestly love this home and when we come back to Utah again, I'll definitely reserve this property again. Appreciate the owner leaving us a note if community activities that we're taking place during our stay. We were able to attend some. Really appreciated everything. "

"Great accommodations, older house, well refurbished. Very quiet neighborhood, easy to walk around, convenient to the Salt Lake area. We stayed here two nights with family, too quick to really enjoy the property, but really just a nice residential home. Ventilation wasn’t great in the convert master bedroom, but the rest of the house was. Nice and cool in the basement rooms, washer and dryer was nice to have."

"It was perfect for our stay. We have toddlers and it was nice to know we weren't being judged because of the excitement and that they understood. Yes the stairs going down to the room was a little challenging with the kiddos but it was nothing that wasn't disclosed in the messages. Over all it was a great experience."

"This apartment was probably one of the most run-down, dirtiest rentals I have ever stayed in. The sheets were cheap (stained), and the bathroom was messy, with toothpaste all over the sink, mirror, and walls. The walls throughout the house, the appliances, mirrors, stove, and shower were filthy. The couch was run-down and very smelly. Ants all over the kitchen counter. The water came out of the shower yellow the first morning, and when I boiled it a few times for tea, it had white floating globs. I tried to reboil water in a clean pot, but it happened multiple times. I decided not to drink the water or cook at the house. After arriving each night for 2 nights, we aired out the house by opening all the windows and turning on the fan. We stayed away from the apartment (eating out, evening shopping) as long as possible because we didn't want to return to the house to relax. We had a busy two-day work, play, and sporting tournament schedule, and didn't have the time to move or go back and forth with the owner/rental company over the status of the house. I informed the owner(?) the first day that it was filthy and I had contemplated moving, but didn't have time. After my stay, I asked for at least a cleaning fee refund because the house had obviously not been cleaned before our stay our arrival...but, of course, I never heard back. "

"Fantastic apartment! This space is light, big and open with a beautiful view of a large field and trees off the deck! The deck is huge and fantastic! The beds (including the roll-always) are comfy and the bathrooms are very roomy and feel like home. The laundry room is well appreciated for the nice appliances and all the things you need to keep up with clothing needs away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed and the appliances are very nice. In the family room area, the sofas are very comfortable for relaxing, the desk/work area was great for our son who needed to keep up on his college work while away, and the Roku worked great for Amazon Prime, Netflix and YouTube. Our little dogs loved the dog run and we were so happy to be staying in a property that they felt so comfortable for them. The dogs had so much fun in the big great room and watching the the nearby horses from the deck. They had plenty of space to relax and could still be right with us. We would definitely love to stay here again when we are back in the area! Thank you so much!!!! "
