"The room was clean, loved the balcony even though it was small. You could see clear to the beach, beautiful sunsets and town view. The bar and restaurant were very nice. The morning afternoon waiter was extremely nice and friendly. I think his name was Alfred Ryan, can’t say enough about him. My main complaint was, we just got off one of the cruise ships and we disembarked at 9:00 AM. They stored our luggage but unable to get in the room. After a long conversation she said come back around 1:00 and we were able to get in early. from what I understand the cruise ships are one of their main incomes in town during the cruise season. Maybe they should be more accommodating to the customers. I called down for room service got a message saying not available at this time but leave your name and number and we’ll get back with you. After twice calling with the same message I went to the restaurant to put a to go order in but by then very crowded so I went to a bakery across the street. Don’t you think the message should say, we no longer have room service since that is what the staff said. I had a problem with the charge of the room, we needed to get the room for two nights in order to get our plane for a midnight flight, so we weren’t actually using the room the second night but they said we would not get a refund. I was quoted 500.50 dollars when I booked but my husband was charged 700.50. Upsetting but when we checked out Cisco said we would be getting a refund of 297.45. Hopeful"

"Excellent location to Pier 66 where we boarded the Norwegian Joy for a cruise to Alaska. East walk downhill directly to the pier. Room and hotel overall was great for the night before embarking on the cruise ship"

"The property is an older building. Two elevators but only one was working at a time. With luggage and cruise passengers all leaving at the same time it was drama to get down stairs. The rooms and beds were comfortable. Right in the middle of the action. Safe area."

"Absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency! The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and sights within easy reach, which made it a perfect base for exploring. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and we slept great. The staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out and always happy to help. Everything about the stay felt easy and well run. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and I'd happily stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The only thing that needs improvement is more staff for the dining area. Also, the current staff need to understand it is more important to wait on the guests than to watch the sports on the TV."
