However, I booked a stay here specifically for the pool, hot tub, bathtub in my room and fireplace out side which was advertised having and non of the above were working or available. I could get no refund, nor did they give any upgrade since I went through a third party the front desk said. Needless to say I never give poor reviews but was very disappointed. "
