"The bed was not supportive. I slept on the couch the first night. The second night I decided to try across the foot of the bed. That worked for the night. The shower liner had mold from where it folded together and hasn't dried out. There's a water spot on the ceiling, which means there's a leak, or an old leak was not repaired properly. There is moisture, possibly mold, growing there. I have not had this experience the previous 2 years I've stayed here for the event I was attending. But my stay this time was not what it should have been for the price that was paid for the room."

"Pool area was very nice. The hot tub was hot and the pool wasn't freezing. The pool room itself was warm. Perfect for these winter days. Very good area close to restaurants and only a few minutes from the mall. Good breakfast options. Would definitely stay here again."

"Staff was super kind. Room was a little banged up. Holes in closet doors. Didn’t smell freshly cleaned. Some others’ pets/workers were noisy, apparently during a remodel. Overall, not unlivable, but felt less than or on par with a red roof type of place. "
