"El hotel tiene una maravillosa ubicación sin lugar a dudadas 5 estrellas , PERO el servicio de Bar y restaurante no es el mejor 👎 La vista desde el rooftop es maravillosa pero todos los días tuvieron eventos privados y no pude tener acceso a ella 🙃. "

"We headquartered here with our grandkids. We liked having our own bedroom with a good bed, while the kids used the fold out couch in the other room. Most of the Chicago attractions were a short cab ride away. The free breakfast was good ( although after 5 days I was over it). The pool could be a little nicer but the kids used it everyday. They had happy hour and provided two free drinks during our stay. Our only complaint is that there were long wait times at the elevators. Staff was friendly and helpful everything was clean. We enjoyed our stay."

"So amazing we booked a Christmas trip while we were there! The only thing we could say negatively was the pillows were very uncomfortable and when we called for additional or firmer pillows there were none available. But the rest of the experience was so good we’ll try to bring our own pillows next time."

"I enjoyed my time at this hotel the moment I checked in. The front desk service and attendants were all amazing. The entertainment the night when we didn’t want to go out was at the right time.if I could have more space to invite you in on how much of a wonderful experience being in the presence of this prestigious hotel I would. Go have an open mind to everything inside."
