"This property is filthy. The stairway was littered, empty bottles thrown on the upper balcony. Debris on the halls, carpets dirty, broken toilet seat, no top over comode tank. No extra towels available. We had to cancel the remaining two nights to seek another hotel. DEMAND A REFUND!"
