"Even though the suite was not designed as a handicapped suite, the staff was proactive and attentive to the adjustments that would help. I got a call ahead of time confirming that I would be able to use the designated suite. They added a hand-held shower extender to the shower, so that I could use it. The only thing that would have helped more was a shower chair, so that I could sit in the shower area. They received and held a couple of Amazon packages that I bought to provide a toilet seat...

"My son and me we had perfect shopping days in NYC. The Marmara was therefore the best hotel! Excellent service, big beautiful apartment…. Wonderful breakfast…. And a wonderful pool and spa! 💯 it was the best trip we have had to nyc! Thanks to all the employees there!"
