"We booked this hotel last year and the reviews were great. Upon arrival one of our party was quite upset due to her cards not working and the staff was mot helpful at all just started at her in disgust. We were also told no further charges were to be made as it was all prepaid through virgin then having over 200 dollars debited from the account! The male members of reception were pretty good but the females were arrogant and ignorant when asking questions or advice. The smell of weed was present throughout the floors and in the lift which wasn’t a nice encounter. I believe this place offered better service before the Hilton takeover which seemed to be what I heard a few customers saying "

The staff was especially impressive—everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The only downside was the air conditioning unit in the room. It made a noticeable, somewhat annoying noise that was difficult to ignore while trying to sleep. Aside from that, everything else met or exceeded expectations, and I would still consider staying here again."
