Two separate homes make up 4 beds/2 baths and tons of space! Main house as 3 beds/1 bath and studio has 1 bed/1 bath. Great hang out space in between the houses with outdoor dining and fire pit. Both spaces are completely updated and walking distance to the park, restaurants, breweries and shops in Downtown West Jefferson. 2 mile drive to golf and winery! 25 mins to Boone & skiing. Studio has zero entry to house and shower for easy access. Heat/AC, fenced yard, stocked kitchen, washer/dryer. Fenced front yard. Bring your dogs!

We loved our stay! Having the two homes worked really well for our college-aged family member to have their own space. Both houses are charmingly decorated, comfortable, and very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. Easy walk to downtown. Would stay here again!
