My room had a number of unresolved issues that staff failed to fix as they had said they would: bedside lamps and outlets not working, room phone not working to call front desk, no hair dryer ( staff said they had all been taken by prior guests), missing bathroom toiletries, and my room was on 4th floor and last day of my stay the elevator was broken so had to carry all my luggage down four flights. Not a pleasant stay.

It was great to have a kitchen and all of the stuff to go with it to make meals while we were there. The front desk staff was really nice. Room was clean and bedding comfy. Gym was a little lacking....but that's me....when I travel for work it's nice to have a rack of dumbbells and not just cardio equipment.

The walls and floors are thin. We heard everything that went on one floor up and one floor down. EVERYTHING! The elevator smelled of burnt rubber the whole time we were there even though staff tried to mask the smell. The elevator shook and moaned when it went up and came back down and we were only on the 2nd floor.

Late check out the staff can be a little nicer, but it was okay and quick, the room was great except that the TV was not working it had a bad screen. I told the front desk right away so they don’t find me at fault. I told them 2 times, I did not need the TV but they did not try to do anything not even an apology

Breakfast is included, but only consists of granola bars or muffins. Grab and go, literally. We stopped somewhere else for breakfast. So, that said, don't book this place expecting a nice, sit down breakfast. The staff was very nice. Brandy needed to move us to a different room because of a faulty toilet. She did so without hesitation. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable.

I booked a room for a one night stay. When I checked in, there was a sign stating they were helping someone else and they would be back in a moment. I waited for awhile and then someone finally came out from the back, it was obvious they were not helping another guest. When I got to the room, it smelled of mildew and smoke, there was a used bottle of the complimentary shampoo and "body" hair in the shower. I cleaned it out and realized there was no hair dryer. I tried to call to the reception desk, but the phone did not work, nor did the bedside lamp. I wen to the reception desk for a hair dryer but they were out of hair dryers.... The free breakfast consisted of coffee, flavored coffee-mate, and some granola bars. I would not recommend this hotel.

The front desk service was excellent. The room was clean and orderly. I appreciated the option of the kitchenette but be aware that you have to request everything as it is not actually in your room at check in. The coffee pot was so small I went and bought one from Walmart to use. The grab and go breakfast was awful. Chocolate/Blueberry muffins and oatmeal was the only choice. The coffee pots were empty by 7 am. The area was nice and convenient with lots of shopping nearby. There are no pools and it seems this place is geared more towards people working from out of town rather than people on vacation.

I liked having somewhere to lay my head I didn’t really feel safe and comfortable this time the staff made me and my SERVICE ANIMALS feel disrespected there was no mention of cash deposit beforehand and after I made sure the room was clean I didn’t get my deposit back and she accused me of burning furniture and “ruining her linens” I don’t think an establishment should have white towels if cleaning sweaty skin is going to be a problem

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff was great and very nice. My family and I were driving through to Miami for the night and stopped to sleep. Kids were getting dropped off by a school bus. A man walking off the elevator made a comment to me, some rough appearances as well. I was unaware of the neighborhood as we aren’t from here. The elevator smelled of weed and the hallways, there was also someone extremely loud above us. The hotel again was great it was more so some of the other guests that made the experience not so great.
