My room was okay.... the carpet wasn't as clean as it should have been, plus the bed was horrible. The mattress needs to be replaced. I will never come back to Hilton again.

I had to ask for towels daily. Room service never came. Trash was never emptied. Stayed for 6 days. No refills on soaps. Had to request toilet paper.
